A Dobbins' Day

We went to Monster Jam on Friday night.  It was AWESOME! I've really been wanting to go ever since I took Isaac and Hunter when Audrey was just a baby.  So its been six long years, but it was worth the wait.  This was so fun!  Russ said I might be a little "redneck" but I don't care. Coral is showing her "grumpy" face because the trucks got kinda loud.  I love it when the monster trucks go flying in the air.  Its so cool!  The girls loved the "puppy" truck.  They played "Who Let The Dogs Out" whenever it was racing and the boys sang along. Gravedigger is always a hit! This guy flipped!  He was fine and his truck didn't have any damage.  They had to bring a tractor out to flip it back over.  Coral said "Yeah tractor!" We are off on our annual summer vaction to our favorite "M" states! (Missouri and Minnesota) See ya in August! P.S. I know that I'm horribly behind on my posting, I will try to catch up or at least post more going forward. We'll see how it goes...

Grandma Mitton took us all to IHOP for breakfast one morning when she was visiting us. It was free scary face pancake day for the kids and the rest of us enjoyed a yummy breakfast too. Keeping this crew entertained while waiting for the food can be a big task, but this morning we discovered the spoons. The time went by quickly and then our food came. The kids had fun making their own faces.

I'm still having a hard time with my pictures transfering, so I don't have any pictures of Isaac. Hopefully they weren't lost. I just want to post this because January is almost over and its time to be done with this post. We did have a wonderful Christmas. Thank you to everyone for the great presents and for the fun times we had together.

We went to Bass Pro Shops one Saturday with some friends of ours. We were excited to see Santa! Since there is a long wait to see the big man we got a "bass pass" which is like a fast pass at Disneyland. We had to wait for like an hour or so and then we got to go right to the front of the line. While waiting there were a lot of things to do and see. Did we ever mention that Audrey likes pink? She thinks this would be great to ride in Missouri! This was a large race track that Isaac thought would make a great present. He didn't seem to care that it was HUGE and wouldn't fit in our house! Never too young to practice for hunting season in MO! And of course Audrey had to have the pink gun! We walked next door to the Silverton to watch the mermaid show in the huge tank filled with huge fish and other creatures.
