3. Do you own a gun? No. My hubby does, I think Isaac was given one and I just heard the Audrey got a pink bb gun.

6. What do you think of hot dogs? I like 'em! In our early dating days, Russell made me a candlelit hot dog dinner. YUM!

9. Can you do push ups? Not many.

11. Favorite hobby? Scrapbooking/Card making, I also enjoy gardening, baking and reading.

12. Do you have A.D.D.? No. I'm pretty focused on the things I need to do.

13. Do you wear glasses or contacts? Mostly contacts, sometimes glasses. I'd love to have lasic one day.

28. Would you be a pirate? No, I'm not that scary or intimidating. Nobody would give up their treasure to me.

29. What songs do you sing in the shower? I used to. Now I try to get done fast, because kids are banging on the door.

35. Worst injury you've ever had? I broke my hand and had a concussion when I flew over the handle bars of a dirt bike I was driving.

36. Do you love where you live? No. Well, I do love my house and my ward and being close to some family members, but I would rather live somewhere in the Midwest. Somewhere with seasons.

Christmas 2009

I'm still having a hard time with my pictures transfering, so I don't have any pictures of Isaac. Hopefully they weren't lost. I just want to post this because January is almost over and its time to be done with this post.

We did have a wonderful Christmas. Thank you to everyone for the great presents and for the fun times we had together.

Dirty (Young) Man

Isn't amazing how fast a little boy can get dirty?

Cannon loves to play outside in the dirt. He's always the first to "help" me in my garden and the first to get the messiest. He also loves to throw dirt, which isn't such an admirable trait. He can get dirty from head to toe the fastest. I'm not sure what he was trying to get from the table, but I scooped him up and sent him to the tub. Good thing he also loves to take a bath!

One morning I went to wake Hunter up only to find this.


An empty bed.



I went out to the living room to see if he was up and watching cartoons, and I saw this.


So I went in to get a closer look.

Busy Life

I'm not sure where the time has gone since I posted last. Things just keep on moving forward whether I document them or not. Since this is like my journal, and my spot where I can keep my ideas for my scrapbooks (so if I ever scrapbook I will already have my idea and journaling done) I think I will back track a little. I did some fun things in December that I don't want to forget.

When I figure out how to use my new camera and how to get the pictures I take onto the computer I'm sure I'll have lots of posts!

If anyone is still reading this (it's mostly for me and the Grandma's anyway) don't worry there is more to come!

Merry Christmas

Bass Pro Shop Fun & Santa

We went to Bass Pro Shops one Saturday with some friends of ours. We were excited to see Santa! Since there is a long wait to see the big man we got a "bass pass" which is like a fast pass at Disneyland. We had to wait for like an hour or so and then we got to go right to the front of the line. While waiting there were a lot of things to do and see.

Did we ever mention that Audrey likes pink? She thinks this would be great to ride in Missouri!

This was a large race track that Isaac thought would make a great present. He didn't seem to care that it was HUGE and wouldn't fit in our house!

Never too young to practice for hunting season in MO! And of course Audrey had to have the pink gun!

We walked next door to the Silverton to watch the mermaid show in the huge tank filled with huge fish and other creatures.

Cute Kidos and Santa & Mrs. Klaus were great!

After all the fun and excitement we sat outside and ate our moon pies that Hunter told us were his favorite. Russ and I thought they were nasty, but it was still a nice little treat to end our adventure.

Oh yeah, our friends that came with? Well here is Nicole with her 3 children plus two of ours! She is amazing!!!


We had fun, but were glad to go home!
