Egg Dying

We set up the dying area outside, just in case there were any spills. We had a TON of eggs. Each kid got to do like a dozen. They loved it. The older boys were more patient and would keep their egg inside the cup for a long time in order to get a darker color. The little kids just liked plopping them into the cups as fast as they could. We're getting excited for the Easter Bunny!

PlayHouse in MO

The kids just love playing outside in the playhouse. It is filled with everything they could need to play house with. Sometimes its just the girls and their "babies" but this time the boys played too. They had a restaurant with an outdoor cafe style table this time. I just love how their imaginations have fun.

Trampoline in Missouri

We went to Missouri the first weekend in April. The first thing that the kids did was play outside on the trampoline. They all had a blast. The big boys even slept out there one night. It was fun to watch them playing.

Lacrosse 2010

The following pictures of Isaac's lacrosse game are brought to you by:

Isaac has really played well this season. He mainly plays defense, and he is great! I like to watch him play. Lacrosse is a very exciting game to watch. Its kinda like ice hockey on grass.

These next pictures were taken "paparazzi" style.

Even Sister McDonald got caught!

T-Ball 2010

Hunter has been playing great this season. He is really good about getting the ball and throwing it to the base (even if the person that is supposed to be catching it isn't ready). When there is someone ready, he's gotten a few kids "out". They started letting them take more than one base when they hit, and one game he hit a triple! He says that he's glad the season is over, he wants to do something else. I think he's enjoyed it though.

Bowling with Friends

We love bowling! The kids think its great and we always have a blast.

This time our friends The McElvany's came with us. We really had some good laughs.

The high scorer of the evening was Cannon!

Just Dance

Audrey is taking dance again and she still loves it. She always makes me laugh when she is supposed to be doing a move where she's supposed to leap in the air. She ends up galloping across the floor. Every time. Its hilarious.

Most of the time Cannon likes to be there, but today was definitely an exception. He was miserable and just wanted to go home. Yeah for nap time!

Bed Swap

One night Cannon kept getting out of his bed. After repeatedly putting him back, I continued to watch t.v. in the living room. Later when I went to bed I saw that the little turkey had gotten out of his bed again, but this time went to my bed!

We looked out the window...

and saw a beautiful tree bursting with flowers. I just love it when the trees bloom. Hunter climbed up it and Audrey is smelling a little branch.

Breakfast in Bed

Hunter asked me if he could have breakfast in bed. I said, "sure...sometime". The next morning he was really upset when I didn't get up and make him breakfast! So I quickly made an egg sandwich while he "slept". Then I "surprised" him with breakfast in bed! He loved it!

Balloon Hats

We went to a restrauant one night and there was a balloon lady walking around offering to make balloon items for tips. The kids got some fun hats!

Happy Hunter and Princess Audrey!

Sticking to Your Guns

We told Audrey that she couldn't leave the table until she had eaten her dinner. She sat there crying for a very long time. The rest of us finished and were cleaning up when we looked back at the table and saw this...

Poor thing cried herself to sleep, and without any dinner.

Valentine's Dance

Also on Hunter's birthday there was a Valentines Dance at church. We ended up staying longer than I planned because we had so much fun. The kids really like to dance! Sorry the pictures aren't the best. There was low lighting and lots of movement.
Even though Isaac is playing it cool, later he was busting a move out there too!

Hunter would be running around with friends, then dash in and do a move or two, then he was gone again.

Cannon needed a little encouragement, but soon got into the swing of things.

Audrey danced the most. She would dance with everybody, even the Bishop!

Dancing sure is thirsty work!
