HELP!!!

I don't think that I can handle another one of Hunter's "accidents". He is 4 1/2 and still does not go #2 in the potty. I just had yet another fun experience of cleaning his underwear and bum because he went in his pants. Can anyone help me? I don't know how to get him to go in the toliet. I'm so frustrated.

Rowan is 10 months old and won't sleep in his crib. lol. Potty training sounds fun! (not) lol.

I am so sorry you are still having to clean dirty underoos. Maybe it will even itself out and Audrey and Cannon will be the easiest ever to potty train.

Ok, first step, (since I am a potty training expert) next time he has an accident - hose him off in the front yard. If the freezing water doesn't convince him then maybe the embarrassment of being naked in the front yard will. If he does it again after that, make him clean himself up. If you don't have the heart to do that to him, call me and I'll come over and do it.

Wyatt always tells me the story of when his brother would not stop going #2 in his pants. So his Dad made him clean himself up and then he got a swat on the rear he would remember. With Megan we found a treat she LOVES!!! Mini ice cream sandwiches. She gets one everytime she puts #2 in the toilet. It has been working really great. We still have accidents occationally. Do you have something special he really likes you could reward him with? It is so hard and I feel for you.

Road Trip

The first weekend in April we went on a road trip to Phoenix, AZ. We went to visit Russell's sister Cheryl and her husband Gavan and their two dogs. The drive (which I did all of it) was really pleasant and pretty. We went through a Joshua Tree forest and then saw the most amazing saguaro cactus. They were huge and were just out there along the road. (In my youth when I would picture the west this is what I imagined. Huge cactus everywhere.) It was amazing. We loved seeing the sights of Phoenix and going to the Science Center. We had a great time at Cheryl and Gavan's house. We miss them, but we're glad that they are not too far away.
